That is the problem.
AI adoption has moved faster than most leadership teams, policies and governance structures. People are using ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and a growing list of other tools to write emails, summarise documents, analyse information, create content and make decisions. In many organisations, all of that started before anybody stopped to ask what the rules actually are.
Banning AI is not a strategy. Letting everybody use whatever they like is not a strategy either.
In this keynote, Tom Reveley looks at what businesses actually need to do now. Not what AI might look like in ten years, and not another breathless prediction about robots taking over the world.
