We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss relevant services, and maintain reasonable business records. Our basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to requests for information about Tom’s speaking and advisory work.

We do not sell your personal information or use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox using SMTP2GO, our email delivery provider. We may also share information with trusted service providers where needed to operate the website or meet legal and professional obligations. We only share information that is necessary for those purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. IP addresses are used only for a 15-minute contact-form rate-limit window.
